Primary Teacher (Female)

As a primary teacher, your role involves educating children typically between the ages of 5 and 11 in elementary or primary schools. Your key responsibilities include: - Planning and delivering lessons in accordance with the curriculum. - Assessing and evaluating students" progress through various means, such as tests, quizzes, and projects. - Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the intellectual, social, and emotional development of each student. - Communicating regularly with parents and caregivers to update them on their child's progress and address any concerns. - Collaborating with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate lessons and activities. - Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance. - Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends and best practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and supervising extracurricular activities, such as field trips, clubs, and sports teams, to enrich the students" learning experience. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in education or a related field. - Strong knowledge of subjects taught at the primary level, such as language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies. - Classroom management skills to effectively manage a classroom, maintain discipline, and create a positive learning environment. - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators.
