Key Responsibilies Conduct engaging, age-appropriate lessons and acvies. Foster a safe, inclusive, and smulang learning environment. Assess student progress and maintain records. Supervise and mentor pre-primary teachers. Plan and implement the curriculum in line with educaonal standards. Organize teacher training, events, and acvies. Ensure smooth communicaon between teachers, parents, and management. Qualificaons & Skills Any Bachelors Degree with B.Ed./D.Ed./ Montessori Trained. 35 years of teaching experience; leadership experience is a plus. Strong communicaon, leadership, and classroom management skills. Salary Range: 15000-25000/- per month
