We are looking for an experienced Hindi Teacher to join our dynamic academic team. Your primary goal will be to establish a supportive and engaging learning environment that helps students achieve language proficiency. You will be responsible for planning lessons, developing curriculum content, and evaluating student performance. Responsibilities Organize classroom lectures and Hindi coursework. Prepare engaging teaching materials and activities. Assign homework and language-building exercises. Identify students who need special attention and create tailored learning plans. Design and evaluate exams and assignments. Provide constructive feedback on class performance and behavior. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades. Explore and apply innovative Hindi teaching strategies. Manage classroom behavior and resolve conflicts tactfully. Communicate with parents regarding student progress. Collaborate with fellow educators and academic coordinators to enhance the learning experience. Requirements and Skills Prior experience as a Hindi Teacher. In-depth knowledge of Hindi grammar, literature, and pedagogy. Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and the national curriculum. Strong communication and organizational abilities. Patient, adaptable, and passionate about education. Bachelor's degree in Hindi or related field (Masters degree is an advantage). Only female candidates below 45 years of age are eligible for this role.
