We are looking for a Technology Lead to drive the technical strategy for separating a complex pricing technology landscape involving multiple homegrown and third-party platforms. This role is ideal for someone who has led large-scale technical separation, migration, or transformation initiatives and has strong expertise in CPQ systems, enterprise integrations, and application architecture.

• Define & lead the technical approach for application codebase and environment separation.
• Oversee system configuration updates and integration endpoint changes.
• Work closely with development & QA teams to ensure functional continuity.
• Serve as the central escalation point for all technical decisions.
• Lead the cutover planning & execution with minimal business disruption.
• Document future-state architecture, integration design, and environment strategy.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Software Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end implementation or development projects (preferably pricing/financial domain).
• Strong background in CPQ architecture, customization & integrations.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise application design, testing & deployment.
• Deep understanding of IT separation, data segregation, and environment setup.
• Strong integration knowledge (APIs, middleware, endpoints).
• Demonstrated experience with technical separation/migration projects.
• Ability to work closely with developers & QA to guide technical outcomes.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical & non-technical stakeholders.

• Master’s degree (MS/MBA with IT specialization).
• Experience with PROS Smart Price Management & Optimization.
• Experience with Pro Pricer Pricing & Cost Estimation tools.
• Strong SQL expertise.

• Oracle experience (Oracle SQL, Oracle Cloud, Oracle-based integration frameworks, or Oracle pricing/ERP ecosystem exposure).
