Key Responsibilities

Prepare Freight Quotations: Analyse and prepare tailored freight pricing (FCL/LCL/REEFER/SPECIAL equipment) for export/import shipments.Liaise with Carriers & Partners: Handle spot rate requests and liaise with shipping linesPricing Strategy Support: Work with the team to develop pricing strategies that meet profitability targets and reflect current market trends.Rate Management: Maintain and update pricing databases, tariffs, and rate sheets for different trade lanes and services.Quotation Follow-up: Support the sales team with timely follow-up on quotations to improve conversion rates and gather market intelligence.Reporting and Documentation
