Job Description

Role & responsibilities • Preparation of rates for contractual/ad-hoc or other necessary pricing based on requirements • Coordinating with the concerned individual or team on rate revision and understanding the needs to sharing accurate proposals. • Business and network understanding to evaluate best rates • Updates and awareness of market conditions and transportation rates. • Organizing presentations to the manager or concerned stakeholder as and when required. • Providing the rates in the respective timelines and supporting the sales team with the best possible rates based on the customer's requirements. • Ensure right & optimum pricing to customer. • Route wise Yield & Cost analysis to be contineously monitored and flashed to respective stake holders to drive profitability. • Verification and updating of indents in the system and clearing of pricing blocks from TMS on regular basis. • Working in different scheduled shifts. • Maintaining and updating pricing history database regularly • Identifying, validating and resolving pricing queries raised by the team. • Maintaining required pricing trackers and other related details on regular basis and sahre in the respective timelines. • Drives & responsible for the contineous improvement agenda for the FTL Transport operation. • To innovate and improve in working practices facilitating to the development of the team methodology. • To promote the best practice with peer manner and team attitude.
