The Presentation Specialist is responsible for creating visually compelling, audience-focused presentations that effectively communicate key messages. This role collaborates with executives, marketers, designers, and subject-matter experts to transform complex information into clear, engaging, and professional presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, and K• Develop high-impact presentations, templates, and visual materials that align with brand guidelines.
• Translate complex data and concepts into visually engaging charts, diagrams, and infographics.• Enhance existing presentations through layout improvements, visual hierarchy, and storytelling techniques.• Maintain consistency in visual identity, formatting, and messaging across all presentation materials..•Utilize advanced PowerPoint features (animations, transitions, master slides, multimedia integration).• Create or refine visuals using graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or Figma.• Ensure presentations are optimized for various delivery formatslive presentation, virtual delivery, or self-guided decks.
