As a highly skilled Presentation Specialist, your role involves designing, developing, and enhancing visually compelling, brand-aligned presentations for both internal and external audiences. You will combine a strong graphic design sensibility with business storytelling to ensure that the content is clear, persuasive, and visually engaging. Key Responsibilities: - Create, design, and format presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote to effectively communicate complex information. - Collaborate with stakeholders from marketing, sales, executives, and product teams to understand objectives and deliver visually impactful decks. - Transform data and content into engaging visual narratives using charts, infographics, and animations. - Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, templates, typography, and color schemes. - Edit and refine existing presentations for clarity, design quality, and impact. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines with high attention to detail. - Support the development of templates, style guides, and visual assets to streamline presentation creation across teams. - Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices in presentation design and visual communication. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Experience: 2-3 years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or a similar visual communication role. Strong portfolio showcasing professional presentation and design work. Experience in corporate, consulting, or agency environments preferred. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other design tools. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Canva) is a plus. - Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to translate abstract concepts into clear visual stories. Time management and prioritization skills under tight deadlines.
