Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, a strong understanding of early childhood development, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering a love for learning, and ensuring the well-being of each child. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. - Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued and supported. - Observe and assess each childs progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating regularly with parents and guardians. - Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning community. - Implement classroom management strategies that encourage positive behavior and conflict resolution. - Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times. - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan school events, activities, and parent-teacher conferences. - Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred). - Relevant teaching certification or credential (e.g., ECE, CDA, or equivalent). - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children. - Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children. - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with play-based or Montessori-inspired teaching methods. - Familiarity with technology integration in early childhood education. - Multilingual abilities are a plus.
