Friends Layout SeegeHalli , Virgo Nagar Post Bangalore 560049 Salary: 8,000 to 20,000 per month Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and caring Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will nurture and educate young children in a safe and stimulating environment, laying the foundation for lifelong learning. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans. Create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment. Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children. Maintain regular communication with parents regarding child development and classroom activities. Ensure classroom cleanliness and follow safety and hygiene protocols. Observe and assess children’s progress and document reports. Collaborate with co-teachers and staff to plan activities and events. Participate in school meetings, training, and parent-teacher interactions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field. Prior experience in a preschool or daycare setting (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children. Basic knowledge of child development milestones and classroom management. Fluency in [English/Hindi/Local Language, depending on your center's need].
