Job Title: Preschool Teacher Location: Dollars Colony, Bangalore Qualification Required: Any Montessori Course Certification Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time (Female Candidates Only) Experience Required: 2–4 years (assumed based on "02 – 04") Gender Preference: Female Job Description: We are hiring a Preschool Teacher with Montessori training for our preschool located in Dollars Colony, Bangalore . The ideal candidate will have a nurturing approach, be passionate about early childhood education, and have experience working in a structured Montessori environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement Montessori-based lessons and activities. Create a welcoming, safe, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. Monitor and document each child’s development and learning progress. Maintain open and professional communication with parents and staff. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Ensure classroom cleanliness, order, and adherence to Montessori principles. Requirements: Certification in any Montessori teacher training course (AMI, NAMC, etc.). 2 to 4 years of experience in a preschool or Montessori setting. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Patience, creativity, and a love for working with young children. Fluency in English; knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is a plus.
