Job Title: Presales Manager Salesforce Location: Noida (Hybrid) Experience: 8 - 12 Years Shift: US Shift Job Overview: We are hiring a Presales Manager Salesforce for our client, a leading IT solutions provider. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the pre-sales cycle, client engagement, solutioning, proposal writing, and technical presentations . This role requires a strong technical background in Salesforce CRM , along with excellent communication and business acumen to support the sales team in closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales & Solutioning Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose Salesforce CRM solutions . Design and present tailored solutions , including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, and API integrations . Develop and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and product demonstrations to showcase business value. Proposal Development & Cost Estimation Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and client queries with well-structured solutions. Estimate project efforts, costs, and technical feasibility , collaborating with internal teams. Create compelling business cases and ROI calculations for Salesforce adoption. Client Engagement & Technical Consulting Conduct stakeholder discussions, requirement gathering, and solution presentations . Act as a trusted advisor for clients, ensuring their business objectives align with Salesforce capabilities . Manage cross-functional collaboration with technical and post-sales teams. Industry & Business Acumen Stay updated on Salesforce ecosystem trends, competitors, and new features . Ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation teams for project execution. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering / IT / Business. Experience: 8-12 years in Salesforce pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal writing . Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, API Integrations, and Enterprise Solutions . Pre-Sales & Sales Support: Strong background in RFPs, RFIs, PoCs, and client presentations . Technical & Business Acumen: Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities . Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal & written skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders . Client Management: Experience working with US/International clients in BFSI/NBFC/IT sectors . Preferred: Salesforce Certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist).
