Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a Presales Manager 1. Sales Support & Solutioning Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose the right CRM solutions. Conduct detailed business requirement analysis and suggest best-fit CRM functionalities. Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and presentations tailored to client needs. 2. Requirement Gathering & Customization Planning Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, pain points, and CRM requirements. Collaborate with product and development teams to design solutions that align with customer expectations. Define and document customer requirements to ensure seamless implementation. 3. CRM Product Demonstrations & Technical Consulting Conduct live CRM product demonstrations showcasing key features and benefits. Provide insights on CRM integrations, automation, data management, and reporting functionalities. Address technical queries and objections raised by potential customers. 4. Proposal & RFP (Request for Proposal) Management Assist in drafting proposals, responding to RFPs, and preparing presentations for enterprise clients. Define the scope of work, project timelines, and pricing models in coordination with sales and technical teams. 5. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, development, and support) to refine CRM solutions and offerings. Communicate product enhancements and roadmap updates to clients. Act as a trusted advisor for customers, guiding them on CRM best practices and strategies. 6. Competitive Analysis & Market Insights Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging CRM technologies. Provide insights to the product team for feature enhancements and competitive positioning. 7. Training & Knowledge Sharing Train sales teams on CRM product functionalities, use cases, and competitive advantages. Conduct internal workshops to keep the team informed about the latest product updates. Key Skills Required Strong understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics) Excellent communication & presentation skills Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Experience in handling pre-sales processes, RFPs, and PoCs Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Company Website: https://office24by7.com/
