Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service over the phone. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales team) to close deals and follow up on leads. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
