The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating and managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, generating leads, and assisting in the early stages of the sales process. You will play a key role in converting inquiries into potential sales opportunities by engaging with prospects and gathering necessary information.
Basic understanding of products and services is an advantage
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage customers, build rapport, and handle objections.
Goal-oriented with a strong focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in sales or telemarketing are a plus.
Prior experience in a telecaller or sales-related role is preferred. Working Conditions:
