Job Description: Presales Executive Real Estate Role Overview: A Presales Executive in the real estate sector is responsible for managing and nurturing leads, engaging with potential customers, and assisting the sales team in converting inquiries into sales. The role involves providing detailed project information, addressing customer queries, and maintaining an excellent customer experience from the first point of contact. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Management: • Handle incoming leads via calls, emails, and online inquiries. • Follow up with potential buyers and qualify leads based on interest and budget. • Maintain and update the CRM system with lead status. 2. Customer Engagement: • Provide detailed information about real estate projects, pricing, and amenities • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties. • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. 3. Coordination & Support: • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads. • Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns. • Share market trends and customer feedback with the marketing team. 4. Documentation & Reporting: • Maintain records of lead interactions and follow-up schedules. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead conversion status. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelors degree. • 1-3 years of experience in presales, customer service, or real estate. • Strong communication and persuasion skills. • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: • Experience in real estate presales or tele sales. • Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
