Needs Assessment: Thoroughly understanding customer requirements and property search preferences. Qualifying Leads: Identifying and prioritizing promising leads that align with NoBroker's offerings. Providing Expert Knowledge: Acting as a subject matter expert, offering insights into property search, interior design, and NoBroker's platform. Follow-up and Scheduling: Following up with prospects, sending reminder emails, and scheduling appointments for property inspections and measurements. Collaborating with Sales: Working closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies and drive conversions. Preparing Proposals and Presentations: Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales collateral. Building Relationships: Cultivating strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
