Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from various lead sources (portals, social media, referrals, etc.). Qualify leads based on interest and buying potential. Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential customers via calls, and WhatsApp to share project information. Provide a detailed overview of the project, highlighting key features and benefits. Address customer queries regarding pricing, floor plans, and availability. Scheduling Site Visits: Arrange and confirm site visits for interested clients. Coordinate with the sales team and ensure a seamless experience during the visit. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to maximize lead conversions. Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and suggestions for improvement. Key Skills & Requirements: Experience: 3+ years in pre-sales or customer relationship management in the real estate industry. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer Focus: Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships. Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking platforms. Flexibility: Willingness to work on weekends and travel locally for site visits if needed. Team Player: Strong collaboration and coordination skills
