Roles and Responsibilities Identify potential customers through cold calling, outbound calls, and lead generation activities. Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries promptly. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings' benefits. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (preferably). Excellent communication skills with convincing power for effective presentation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an outbound calling environment.
