Presales Executive

Location- Onsite, Mohali

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Presales Consultant with 23 years of relevant experience to support our SLED- Presales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in business, marketing or a related field and bring hands-on experience in presales support, research and client engagement. This role requires strong research, organizational and communication skills to drive the presales process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on assigned portals to identify relevant opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with Sales and Presales Team to create a pipeline of upcoming requirements/RFPs.
  
• Gather client and vendor details and related documents.
  
• Understand Infojinis services and offerings.
  
• Maintain, organize, and track presales and RFP-related data for accurate reporting and follow-ups.
  
• Research industry trends, competitors and client background to support sales team.
  
• Ensure timely coordination between internal teams to meet submission deadlines.
  

Required skills:

• 0-1 years of relevant experience in presales or business development support.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong analytical and research capabilities to understand client needs and industry trends.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or proposal tools is a plus.
  
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
  
• Proactive, self-driven and adaptable with a collaborative mindset.
  

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
