Customer Interaction: Provide accurate information about real estate projects, amenities, pricing, and payment plans. Address initial queries and concerns to build interest. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Sales Coordination: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Track and follow up with leads until they are handed over to the sales team. Assist in promotional activities, events, and campaigns. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status. Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for process improvement. Key Skills & Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of real estate industry & terminologies (preferred) Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Fluent in English and regional languages (preferred)
