Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Pre-Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team in preparing proposals, documentation, and client communications. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent documentation abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and maintaining sales proposals, RFP, RFQs, presentations, and related documentation.
Collaborate with the sales and technical team team to understand client requirements and provide necessary support.
Communicate with clients to gather and clarify requirements when needed.
Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and sales-related documents.
Conduct basic market research to support sales strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of pre-sales activities.
Ensure timely responses to client queries and follow-ups.

Skill Set:

1-3 years experience.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong documentation skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to understand technical and business requirements.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team and support multiple stakeholders.
Prior experience in a pre-sales or sales support role is a plus.
