Job Description: Threatcop Inc. is seeking a dynamic and technically adept Pre-Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in introducing our cutting-edge cybersecurity products to potential clients. This role is instrumental in building strong relationships with clients and ensuring successful onboarding. Key Responsibilities: • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Threatcop's product suite, including ThreatCop, TSAT, TDMARC, TPIR, and TLMS. Understand the technical aspects of these products and their applicability to potential clients. • Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and challenges. Provide insightful product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Threatcop's solutions. • Solution Customization: Collaborate with the technical team to customize product solutions based on client requirements. Tailor presentations and proposals to address specific client needs. • Client Onboarding: Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales. Work closely with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success. • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging cybersecurity threats. Use this knowledge to position Threatcop products effectively in the market. • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and product specifications. Ensure all communication is documented for future reference. • Technical Support: Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, answering technical inquiries and addressing concerns. • Interacting directly with clients: Your main responsibility will involve direct communication and engagement with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and serving as a key point of contact for their inquiries and requests. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT industry. • Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly grasp complex cybersecurity concepts. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and presentations.
