As an Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consultant, you will be part of a team focused on enabling digital supply chain excellence. With a background in IT and extensive experience in Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consulting, you will play a key role in driving supply chain transformation and delivering value to our clients. Your responsibilities will include engaging in solutioning, conducting pre-sales demos, and estimating efforts accurately. You will lead support projects ensuring strict SLA adherence, and deliver robust and scalable solutions to meet complex business requirements. Additionally, you will oversee team delivery, mentor junior consultants, and coordinate cloud update cycles while managing change impact effectively. Ideally, you will have 7+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years dedicated to Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consulting. Exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and prior consulting experience are advantageous. You should have been involved in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations, with proficiency in Oracle SaaS Cloud modules such as Procurement Cloud, Inventory Management Cloud, and Order Management Cloud. To excel in this role, you should hold at least one of the following certifications: Oracle Procurement / Inventory / Order Management / Manufacturing / WMS / Cost Management Cloud 2024 Certified Implementation Professional. Additional certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud or related fields like APICS CPIM, CSCP, PMP, CBAP, or Six Sigma will be a plus. This is a permanent position based in the office, with the possibility of onsite travel to Doha, Qatar. CRM Management: - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system. - Utilizing the CRM to monitor progress, forecast sales, and generate reports for the COO. Market Feedback: - Gathering feedback from clients and the market to drive product improvements and enhancements. - Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings. - Attending or presenting at relevant conferences and exhibitions. This role requires candidates to be MBA graduates specializing in Marketing or freshers who have graduated in 2024. The job is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as paid sick time and a Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts from Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person.,
