Presales Consultant

Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Presales Executive to manage lead qualification, client engagement, and appointment setting for our real estate sales team. The role involves understanding client requirements, sharing accurate project details, and driving site visit conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming project inquiries and conduct outbound calls to qualify real estate leads.

Provide clients with detailed information about projects, inventory, pricing, and offers.

Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable property options.

Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.

Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential homebuyers to increase conversion rates.

Track leads and daily activities on CRM and update status accurately.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and channel partner teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

Assist in nurturing digital leads generated from campaigns and channel partners.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Undergraduates can apply.

1-5 years of presales/telecalling/customer engagement experience in real estate (preferred).

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Knowledge of real estate projects, locations, pricing trends, and customer expectations.

Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.

Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
