Job Overview : Provide Pre-sales Technology consulting and cost-effective Data Center and Cloud Solutions Responsibilities and Duties : Identify customers needs and requirements to determine solution, builds high quality solutions that meet client requirements and can be delivered profitably. Plan and gather information in order to define system objectives, and lead the technical discussions Create business offers of Data Center and Cloud Services, IT infrastructure managed services and operations support Respond to RFPs, RFIs and other forms of requests with commercial proposals of IT infrastructure services Visioning proposed IT approach and creating business cases for the prospective clients Presales activities include product presentation, deployment design, demonstration management, and technical solutions, provide intensive pre-sales technical consulting to prospective customers, participating in conference calls and customer visits, make technical designs and presentations and be a technical lead on all major opportunities. Prepare and conduct presentations of the offered solutions to the customers Take an active role in negotiations, providing technical support to the sales team Cooperate with IT vendors and external service providers to design offered solutions Attends industry events such as trade shows, conferences Education and Experience : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field Min.5 years of experience working on Data Center and Cloud solutions Required Skills/Abilities : Technical background and understanding of the IT infrastructure technologies with the focus on IT Systems, Hosting Solutions and Cloud Services Experience with Cloud Solutions and Services, managed Hosting (x86/x64, RISC) Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Hybrid Cloud Private Cloud General knowledge of the IT infrastructure market and products (servers, storage and backup technologies, virtualization, database technologies etc.) and cloud solutions and services Customer relationship sustaining skills, problem problem-solving ability Results-oriented personality Strong presentation and analytical skills Essential Technical Certification : Vmware certification, cloud certifications Good to have Certifications : Position : Middle Level Roaster / Shift Job : NO
