Greetings for the Day !!! Scouting for a Presales Specialist (RFx Analyst) to be associated with a Global IT Organization. Experience: 3-6 Years Location: Bangalore Shift: 1PM to 10 PM Mode: Hybrid Roles and Responsibility Position Title: Presales RFx Analyst - Security Questionnaires Key Responsibilities: Security Questionnaire Management: Complete and submit detailed security questionnaires and assessments for prospective and existing customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Technical Research: Conduct continuous technical research via internal tools and external resources to ensure that the most relevant and up-to-date information is included in all responses. Collaboration: Work closely with the security, product, and compliance teams to gather necessary information and stay updated on the latest security features, certifications, and compliance changes. Technical Writing: Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of responses to common security-related questions and ensure that all documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with our security posture. RFx Insights and Metrics: Regularly provide insights and metrics to leadership, including win/loss rates, selected for demo rates, and submission rates, to help guide strategy and decision-making. Customer Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for customers security-related inquiries during the presales process, providing clear and confident explanations of our security protocols. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the security questionnaire process, including automating responses where possible. Take ownership of these improvements to drive better results. Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of experience in completing security questionnaires or security assessments, preferably within a SaaS environment. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS products, security concepts, and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA) . Collaboration and Communication Skills: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical roles, coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
