Job Type: Full-Time About Us: We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Amazon Seller Account Manager. If you're enthusiastic about e-commerce, fluent in English, and can speak Tamil and Hindi, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability. Implement strategies for minimizing overstock and stockouts. Shipment Planning: Schedule shipments to Amazon FBA warehouses efficiently. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries. Order Processing: Handle the order processing system, including raising invoices, generating shipping labels, and tracking orders. Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings on Amazon to maximize sales and visibility. Monitor product listings for accuracy and compliance with Amazon's guidelines. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, issues, and returns promptly and professionally. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities. Identify opportunities for product expansion and improvement. Qualifications: Fluent in English; proficiency in Tamil and Hindi preferred. Previous experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in basic computer operations, including Microsoft Office and online tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Familiarity with e-commerce and Amazon's platform is a strong advantage.
