Shipment Planning: Schedule shipments to Amazon FBA warehouses efficiently. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries. Order Processing: Handle the order processing system, including raising invoices, generating shipping labels, and tracking orders. Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings on Amazon to maximize sales and visibility. Monitor product listings for accuracy and compliance with Amazon's guidelines. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, issues, and returns promptly and professionally. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities. Identify opportunities for product expansion and improvement. Qualifications: Fluent in English; proficiency in Tamil and Hindi preferred. Previous experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts is a plus.
