Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical layouts integrated within precast concrete panels and elements.
Coordinate MEP requirements with structural and architectural teams to ensure clash-free embedded services.
Prepare detailed design drawings, mechanical schematics, and technical specifications using AutoCAD/Revit or similar BIM software.
Conduct mechanical analysis related to precast systems (ventilation openings, insulation, fire rating, etc.).
Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IS codes, etc.) and project-specific requirements.
Collaborate with production and site teams to ensure design feasibility and ease of installation.
Review and approve shop drawings, embedded items, and connection detailing.
Support value engineering and system optimization initiatives.
Participate in design review meetings and provide technical inputs.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
7-10 Years of experience
