Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1 Precast Site Execution & Management Oversee the installation of precast walls, slabs, beams, columns, and staircases as per project drawings. Ensure execution as per company manual, safety standards, and quality norms . Plan erection sequences, lifting operations, and crane positioning for safe installation. Coordinate with transportation teams for smooth delivery and placement of precast elements. 2 Coordination & Project Management Work closely with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution. Conduct regular meetings with the design, production, and site teams for progress updates. Resolve technical and operational challenges during precast installation. Maintain records of material usage, progress reports, and work schedules . 3 Quality Control & Safety Compliance Inspect precast elements before installation to ensure they meet project specifications. Monitor jointing, grouting, and post-installation alignment . Ensure compliance with IS 15916 (India), PCI (US), or equivalent international precast standards . Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for the site team. 4 Cost & Productivity Optimization Optimize labor productivity and equipment utilization for cost-effective execution. Identify cost-saving opportunities in logistics, erection, and material handling. Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule. Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
