Pre-School Center Head (Matrusri Nagar)

A Preschool Center Head for Sanskriti School in Miyapur should lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure a high-quality, safe, and nurturing learning environment aligned with the school's mission. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing curriculum, overseeing parent-school communication, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing administrative tasks like budgeting and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in early childhood education, and excellent communication abilities in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Key responsibilities

• Leadership and management: Lead and supervise the teaching and support staff, conduct staff meetings, and provide professional development to ensure high standards of education and care.
• Educational oversight: Develop and implement the preschool curriculum, ensuring it is age-appropriate and aligned with early childhood education best practices and the school's holistic approach.
• Operational management: Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children. Monitor and track student progress and maintain administrative records and budgets.
• Parent engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, maintaining open communication, addressing concerns, and involving them in school events and their child's learning journey.
• Compliance and standards: Ensure the preschool operates in compliance with all relevant educational standards and regulations.
• Community and events: Organize and participate in school events, activities, and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in educational leadership, preferably in a preschool or early childhood setting.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Expertise in early childhood development and curriculum.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
