Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and confident Pre-Sales Relationship Officer (Female) to handle client inquiries, qualify leads, and support the sales team in driving conversions. The role involves client communication, lead management, and scheduling site visits. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls, emails, and property portal leads Qualify and nurture leads, update CRM regularly Schedule and coordinate site visits Follow up with prospects and ensure timely handover to sales Maintain excellent customer service and engagement Requirements:Graduate with 0–4 years of experience (real estate preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Female candidates preferred for client-facing role Basic knowledge of CRM and real estate processes
