Job Description As a Presales Consultant, you will be engaging with clients to understand their business needs and effectively showcase how Salesforce solutions align with and enhance their operations Your Role And Responsibilities Engage with diverse clientele, dissect their requirements, and illustrate tailored solutions to address their pain points Use your consulting skills and business knowledge to lead functional discussions to understand client's business challenges Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical details into clear, client-friendly presentations and demos Strategize and actively participate in product demos, project scoping, develop key artifacts (resource plan, solution architecture diagram, statement of work) Participate in ongoing OEM training programs, certifications, and industry events to stay updated with the latest innovations Play a pivotal role in fostering robust client relationships, driving revenue growth, and positioning Salesforce as a transformative solution for businesses across diverse sectors Required Technical And Professional Expertise Having minimum 5+ years of experience & knowledge of SaaS CRM & ERP solutions with understanding of the Salesforce Ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience etc ) Data Cloud knowledge and experience is an added advantage Technical or Business Graduation Degree a must and having an MBA will be an added advantage Strong Presentation and articulation skills a must
