Pre-Sales Manager Company: One of the reputed Networking Platform Location: Work from Office - Vashi, Navi Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Pre-Sales Manager to engage with entrepreneurs and business owners, inviting them to exclusive networking events, conferences, and industry meetups hosted by BLL throughout the year. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for networking, and the ability to build relationships with potential participants. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to invite entrepreneurs, SME founders, and business leaders to BLL events. Educate potential attendees on the benefits of participating in BLL networking events. Build and maintain a pipeline of interested business owners and decision-makers. Follow up with prospects to ensure a high attendance rate at events. Work closely with the marketing and event coordination teams to enhance outreach efforts. Maintain and update CRM records with prospect interactions and feedback. Assist in identifying key industry players and strategic partnerships for event participation. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, inside sales, or customer engagement (preferably in the events, networking, or B2B space). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus). Ability to engage and build rapport with business owners and decision-makers. Confidence in handling cold calls and overcoming objections. Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other outreach platforms. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet outreach targets. Prior experience in engaging with SMEs or entrepreneurs is an added advantage.
