Work Type: Hybrid (Should be available to report to office when required) Working Days: 6 days per week Week Off: Weekly off will be provided on Tuesday. Candidates must work on Saturdays and Sundays due to high customer engagement during these days. Roles & Responsibilities: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Call on the provided database to generate revenue and increase the customer base. Handle Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Domestic Calling, Outbound/Cold Calling, Client Relationship Management, and related tasks. Maintain documentation and communicate customer queries and details to relevant stakeholders. Contribute to team effort by achieving assigned goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Exhibit patience, empathy, and effective communication skills to connect with customers passionately. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred. Communicate: Effectively in Kannada (Must) English, Hindi (Preferable) Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
