Job Description

Position Overview

The Pre-Sales & Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete pre-sales cyclefrom responding to demo requests, understanding customer pain points, conducting tailored demos, and driving prospects through evaluation to onboarding. This role also supports the commercial process, account setup, product configuration, and post-go-live assistance to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demo Call Management
  • Respond promptly to demo call requests from prospects.
  • Understand the client's business use cases, challenges, and pain points.
  • Prepare and schedule customized demo sessions aligned with the identified requirements.
  • Prospect Follow-Up
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement and move the evaluation process forward.
  • Reschedule demo calls when required and ensure consistent communication until closure.
  • Collateral Sharing
  • Share product brochures, capability decks, and other required documentation.
  • Provide clear and concise product information based on client queries.
  • Demo Account Setup
  • Create and configure demo accounts tailored to the prospect's needs.
  • Ensure that the demo environment reflects the customer's expected workflows and use cases.
  • Commercial Facilitation
  • Coordinate with the sales/commercial team to share pricing details, proposals, and commercial terms.
  • Address prospect questions related to commercials and support the closure process.
  • Trial Management
  • Provide access to trial environments as per the defined trial policy.
  • Monitor usage, assist prospects during the trial period, and obtain formal sign-off upon trial completion.
  • Onboarding & Go-Live Support
  • Once commercial agreements are finalized, create a dedicated production account.
  • Perform data migration and initial setup either independently or with support from account managers.
  • Prepare the production environment for customer usage.
  • Support the customer during go-live and provide post-implementation assistance until stabilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to understand business processes and map product features to customer needs.
  • Experience in pre-sales, customer onboarding, or SaaS product demonstrations (preferred).
  • Basic technical knowledge to configure accounts, manage demos, and support migrations.
  • Good coordination skills with internal teams (sales, account management, support).
  • Proactive follow-up and problem-solving attitude.
  • Qualification B.com, Bba or (Any degree preferred)
