Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Engagement & Client Interaction:

  • Engage with new and potential leads to convert them into clients.
  • Tailor communications to address client needs and provide relevant information.
  • Handle inbound sales calls and chats efficiently.

Pre-Sales Support:

  • Prepare responses to Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Assist in follow-up campaigns to generate new prospect leads.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities for new business.
  • Schedule meetings for sales personnel and coordinate communications.

CRM & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update CRM records from a pre-sales perspective.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions to support sales performance.

Desired Profile:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business information.
  • Ability to multi-task and represent multiple products and services.
  • Capable of developing marketing messages and presentations.
  • Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented.
