Role & responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers. Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and budget. Provide information about real estate projects, pricing, and features. Schedule site visits for potential buyers. Maintain and update the customer database (CRM). Follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover. Address customer queries and objections efficiently. Participate in promotional activities and campaigns. Preferred candidate profile - Strong communication and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of real estate trends and market conditions. Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up effectively. CRM software proficiency. Target-driven and customer-centric approach. Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business, or Real Estate). 1-2 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or telemarketing.
