About the Role

Pre-Sales Executive

This role is critical for fueling the growth pipeline and ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects for our digital marketing and web development services.


Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Lead Generation

  • Identify and generate high-quality leads using multiple channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, social media, CRM tools, platforms like Upwork/Fiverr/Clutch, etc.).
  • Build targeted prospect lists based on ideal client profiles (ICPs).
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to identify potential clients across domestic and international markets.

2. Lead Hunting / Prospecting

  • Actively hunt for new business opportunities through outbound outreach.
  • Engage with prospective leads via messages, emails, and calls to initiate conversations.
  • Maintain strong understanding of buyer personas and outreach triggers.

3. Lead Qualification

  • Assess prospect fit and readiness based on predefined qualification criteria.
  • Document lead interactions and insights in CRM.

4. Sales Support

  • Collaborate closely with the sales head to develop outreach strategies.
  • Share market intelligence, prospect feedback, and competitor insights.
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks, pre-sales documents, and proposal inputs.

5. Pipeline Management

  • Track, update, and manage lead pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication with potential clients.
  • Work towards weekly and monthly lead targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum

    2 years

    of experience in

    lead generation / pre-sales / inside sales

    at a digital marketing agency, IT company, SaaS firm, or similar industry.
  • Strong research, analytical, and prospecting skills.
  • Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand digital marketing and web development services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Website Development).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.


Good to Have

  • Experience working with US, UK, Australia, Middle East, or APAC clients.
  • Knowledge of proposal building and basic sales documentation.
  • Familiarity with Upwork/Fiverr bidding.
