Role Overview We are hiring a Sales-Focused Pre-Sales Engineer to lead client conversations, solution mapping, and demo engagements. While a foundation in cybersecurity helps, this role is primarily about engaging customers, shaping proposals, and driving conversions. Key Responsibilities Partner with the sales team to understand customer goals and design winning solution narratives Conduct live product demonstrations tailored to business use cases Prepare technical/commercial proposals, pitch decks, and respond to RFPs Support sales calls, webinars, and industry events as a solution expert Act as a strategic advisor during the pre-sales cycle, ensuring business alignment Requirements Minimum 3 years in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or enterprise SaaS sales support role Excellent presentation, client communication, and storytelling skills Strong grasp of cybersecurity basics; can explain concepts like threat intelligence or ransomware in business terms Experience preparing sales collateral: proposals, demo scripts, decks, pricing support Comfort with tools like Postman, CRM systems, or basic API knowledge (a plus) Preferred Qualifications Exposure to cybersecurity SaaS products or platforms Familiarity with sales processes in B2B/enterprise environments Cybersecurity certifications are a bonus, not a requirement Why Join FalconFeeds.io?
