Roles and Responsibilities As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving sales for our AI solutions. You will work with the Aidetic AI team, Aidetic sales team and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert. You will identify customer needs and challenges along with the sales team during discovery calls, translate them into actionable AI solutions, and enable the sales team in preparing proposals that win deals. As Aidetics sales team brings opportunities with potential customers, you will have the following responsibilities: Business Problem Understanding: Interface with decision makers and technical stakeholders from potential customers to understand their business problems deeply Solution Design: Collaborate closely with the technical team at Aidetic to carry out the necessary groundwork and evaluations to design the best possible AI solutions for these business problems Demos: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase the value proposition of Aidetics AI/ML solutions and bolster customer confidence. Effort Estimations: Thoroughly estimate the time and effort estimates to prepare proposals for potential customers RFPs: Participate in RFP/RFI responses, preparing technical documentation, solution architectures, and pricing proposals as needed. Closing: Work with the sales team to convince potential customers of our technical capabilities and delivery capacity in order to win opportunities. Act as a technical advisor during the sales process, providing insights, recommendations, and addressing any technical queries or concerns raised by clients. Strategic Relationship with Partners: Work with our partners on pre-sales requirements, participate in discovery calls and prepare SOWs with technical stakeholders. Maintain a professional working relationship with them focused on synergy and strong business ties. If this describes you, we'd love to have you on board! You have 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales role at an IT Services or Enterprise Software company You have worked at a startup before and love working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments You have a B.Tech./B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field You have been in customer-facing roles in the past and possess strong communication skills You have a strong understanding of how the IT Services industry works and understand the end-to-end project lifecycle You have a fair understanding of AI/ML and stay updated with key market trends in this space You are ambitious and want to grow your career on the fast lane You care about getting things done and don't shy away from taking the unconventional path What's in it for you 1.
