Role Overview: As a Pre Sales Associate (PSA), youll play a pivotal role in our growth by engaging directly with D2C sellers and helping them discover how ShopDeck can power their profitability. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of sales, technology, and the growing D2C economy. What Youll Do: Connect with 100150 e-commerce sellers daily (AZ, FK, etc.) Qualify leads, pitch our platform, and schedule demo calls Maintain lead data and interactions in CRM systems Ensure timely follow-ups and lead nurturing Collaborate with the Business Development Team to refine sales strategies What Were Looking For: 6+ months of experience in sales/startups preferred; fresh grads with strong interest also welcome Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and CRM tools A sales-driven mindset with great people skills and analytical thinking Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
