Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Pre-Sales and Sales Manager specializing in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and BMS systems. The responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing solutions and cost estimations, supporting pre-sales activities, and driving sales efforts. The manager will coordinate with technical teams for customized solutions, prepare and present proposals, develop client relationships, and provide strategic input to expand the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

Experience in Pre-Sales activities, including solution design and preparing cost estimations for ELV and BMS systems
Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth
Technical knowledge of ELV and BMS systems to effectively collaborate with customers and internal teams
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage clients
Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the HVAC or electrical industries is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
