Pre-Primary Teacher

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and patient Preschool Teacher to educate and nurture children between the ages of 3.5 to 10 years. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of child development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and safe learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social development. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and creative classroom activities. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. Teach foundational subjects such as English, Math, Science, Art, and General Knowledge using interactive methods. Encourage social, emotional, and physical development through play-based and experiential learning. Monitor and assess each child’s progress and maintain detailed records for parents and school administration. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance, behavior, and classroom activities. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times. Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and celebrations. Collaborate with other teachers and administrative staff to support overall school goals. Continuously upgrade skills through workshops, training, and education programs. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (Preferred: Montessori Certification). Minimum 1–20 years of teaching experience in a preschool or primary school setting. Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. Creative, energetic, and patient personality. Ability to engage children using fun, interactive, and visual learning techniques. Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital learning tools.
