Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of Montessori pedagogy or equivalent early childhood education philosophy. 1-6 years of experience as a Pre Primary Teacher or related role (preferably). Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; high level of organization and time management skills required.
