Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pre-primary section and ensure smooth functioning of academic and co-curricular activities.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with NEP 2020 and CBSE guidelines.
• Plan and monitor lesson plans, teaching aids, and classroom activities for effective learning outcomes.
• Mentor, train, and support pre-primary teachers in pedagogy, classroom management, and assessment methods.
• Organize parent engagement programs, orientations, and regular feedback sessions.
• Ensure child safety, emotional well-being, and adherence to POSH and POCSO norms within the school.
• Coordinate with the Principal and other academic heads to ensure academic excellence and smooth communication.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback for teacher improvement.
• Plan and oversee school events, celebrations, and activities for pre-primary students.
• Maintain proper documentation, student records, and compliance as per CBSE standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline with NTT / ECCEd / B.Ed / M.Ed (Early Childhood Education preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in pre-primary and at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
• Strong understanding of early childhood learning principles, multiple intelligences, and activity-based learning.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and school ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
