Job Description

As a Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) sales professional, your role involves selling pre-fabricated steel structures by generating leads, developing proposals, and closing deals. You will need strong industry knowledge and client management skills to succeed in this dynamic field. Key Responsibilities: - Business Development: Generate and pursue new business opportunities by identifying leads and inquiries from both new and existing clients. - Client & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Proposal & Sales Cycle Management: Understand client requirements, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and effectively manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure. - Technical & Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of PEB products, technical drawings, and engineering concepts to provide clients with informed solutions and recommendations. - Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand visibility. - Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, deliver timely reports to management, and conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. - Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of solutions, as well as to coordinate project requirements effectively. Qualifications Required: - Education: A bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is typically required for this role. - Experience: Previous experience in industrial sales, particularly in the PEB or steel structures industry, is preferred. - Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technical drawings and engineering concepts related to pre-engineered buildings is essential. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation and negotiation abilities, are crucial for effective client interactions. - Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, the ability to cultivate strong client relationships, and a results-oriented approach to achieving targets are key to success in this role. - Other Skills: Demonstrated ability to independently manage the sales cycle, develop market strategies, and conduct comprehensive market research will be beneficial. This job requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and relationship-building skills to excel in the competitive PEB industry.,
