Before customers commit to a visa application, they often have last-minute questions about documents, timelines, fees, or the process itself. Your job as the Pre Checkout Customer Experience Intern is to be their first line of guidance, ensuring prospective users feel confident enough to proceed to checkout. You’ll handle inbound queries, clarify requirements, and surface frequent blockers to the product and operations teams. The Job Engage promptly with prospective customers who have questions before checkout and provide clear, helpful answers. Educate prospects on visa requirements, processing times, document standards, and Atlys features. Identify hesitation points and relay insights to the product, marketing, and operations teams to improve conversion. Maintain accurate interaction logs and tag common queries for analytics and FAQ updates. Collaborate with senior customer-experience managers to refine playbooks and response templates. Measure and report on key metrics such as first-response time, resolution time, and pre-checkout conversion rate. The ideal candidate Currently in the third year of college or a recent graduate Excellent written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus. Comfortable learning visa regulations quickly and explaining them in simple terms. Patient, solution-oriented, and able to convey empathy in every interaction. Organized and diligent about follow-ups and documentation. Based in Delhi or able to commute to our Delhi office daily. Immediate joiners preferred.
