Key Responsibilities: Visionary Leadership: Strategic Planning & Execution: Cross-Functional Collaboration: Innovation & Transformation: Stakeholder Engagement Mentorship & Development Qualifications: Proven Leadership: 10-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic role with Cloud Services and ServiceNow. Demonstrated success in driving growth, transformation, and high-level decision-making. Strategic Vision: Strong ability to think critically, analyse complex data, and develop innovative strategies that drive results. Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Ecosystem and a keen understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership and board members. Results-Oriented: Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
