Key Responsibilities

1. Practice Leadership & Business Growth

  • Build, lead, and grow the

    Data Architecture & Analytics Practice

    , aligning business, technology, and client goals.
  • Define the strategic roadmap for the practice including offerings, delivery models, and market positioning.
  • Drive

    revenue generation

    and

    profitability

    through new client acquisition and account expansion.

2. Data Architecture & Solution Design

  • Lead the design and implementation of large-scale, enterprise-grade

    data architecture solutions

    .
  • Define best practices for data strategy, governance, modernization, and cloud data platforms.
  • Provide architectural oversight and ensure the technical integrity of all delivered solutions.

3. Sales Leadership & Client Engagement

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with

    C-suite executives and strategic clients

  • Partner with sales and delivery teams to develop winning proposals, pricing models, and client presentations.

4. Product & Offering Development

  • Conceptualize, define, and refine data-centric products and service offerings that align with market needs.
  • Work with product management and engineering teams to develop differentiators and accelerators.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to ensure offerings remain innovative and competitive.

5. Team Development & Cross-functional Leadership

  • Mentor and grow a high-performing team of data architects, consultants, and solution leaders.
  • Foster a collaborative culture that drives innovation and accountability.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales, delivery, and product functions.

Qualifications

    18 years of professional experience

    IT services, consulting, or technology-driven businesses

  • Prior experience in

    Big 4 consulting firms

    or

    top-tier IT services organizations

    preferred.
